Returns:
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain products like opened personal care items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@beast2beauties.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
